Description:
The Program Supervisor reports to the Program Director and supports, guides and supervises the work of CASA volunteers, advocating for the best interest of abused and neglected children living in foster care. In doing so, the Program Supervisor ensures volunteer compliance with Organization policies. The Program Supervisor will support the Program Director, as needed, in the day to day administration of the Program. He/she/they will support the volunteer’s work, including collaboration with the Department of Human Services-Child Welfare, the Juvenile Court, attorneys and other community partners.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in social work, psychology, or related field. A combination of education and work experience in human services may substitute. Must have previous experience working with volunteers and knowledge and understanding of juvenile law, child abuse and neglect, families in crisis, and other social services skills. Bilingual preferred.

Salary starts at $35,360 per year.
