Description:
Enotah CASA provides court-appointed volunteer advocates for abused and neglected children in juvenile court.These advocates ensure all children have a safe, permanent, nurturing home.

We are seeking an Executive Director who will work closely with the Board of Directors to continue the organization''''s leadership and excellence in effective advocacy for dependent children in Lumpkin, White, Towns, and Union Counties.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise paid professional CASA advocate supervisors and other staff. Assist and coach the staff when necessary. Provide appropriate training and growth opportunities for staff. Includes hiring and performance management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fund-raising plan for the organization in cooperation with the BOD. Work with community and organizations to acquire funding.
- Collaborate with the BOD to create short and long-term strategic plans.
- Partner with the BOD to identify, recruit and retain board members, as well as community volunteers.
- Represent Enotah CASA’s purpose, goals, and program through public presentation, networking, and media communications at local, state and national levels.
- Serve as a liaison between the CASA program and local community organizations and the juvenile court, Department of Family and Children Services, and attorneys.

The successful candidate will:
- Have concern and passion for children''''s safety, well-being and permanency and a significant track record in leading and managing a dynamic organization.
- Hold a Bachelor''''s degree in child development, psychology, sociology, social work, education or a related field is required. Master''''s degree in business, finance, non-profit management, social work, or child development/education preferred. With at least 5 years of progressive supervisory experience.
- Have necessary skills such as community-building, relationship-building, organizational and administrative skills including fiscal management, and volunteer/employee supervision.
