Position Summary:
The Office Manager provides operational support to the Executive Director, program staff, and volunteers.
Essential Job Duties:
Conduct efficient organizational management, including payments, payroll, reconciliation, monthly financial reporting, and invoicing. Ensure grant compliance through review and retention of required documentation Work with staff and volunteers to ensure effective and efficient communications. Perform friendly, efficient office reception. greet visitors and answer telephones. Telephone Message control/delivery, mail preparation/distribution. Maintain mailing lists: active volunteers, newsletters, donors and others as assigned. Maintain office supplies usage and inventory. Assist with preparations for all meetings, trainings, public relations events as assigned. Work cooperatively with staff and volunteers to provide support toward achievement of goals of the CASA program. General cleaning & upkeep of the office(s). Assist with correspondences, including thank you letters and invitations. Other duties and special projects, as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Experience in a business-related field or administration is preferred. Certifications and Licensure: Must have a valid driver''s license, car, and valid insurance
Experience and Qualifications:
A minimum of two years’ experience in office management. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact positively with the public, volunteers, clients, and program personnel. Computer skills including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Internet, & Email. Personal maturity, a strong sense of responsibility, discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to relate well with co-workers and work as a team member. Ability to maintain a cheerful, positive attitude. A strong passion for the organization’s mission of advocacy.
