Position Title: Office Manager Department: Administrative Reports to: Executive Director Location: Rolla, MO FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (32 Hours)
Position Summary: The Office Manager provides operational support to the Executive Director, program staff, and volunteers.
Essential Job Duties: • Conduct efficient organizational management, including payments, payroll, reconciliation, monthly financial reporting, and invoicing. • Ensure grant compliance through review and retention of required documentation • Work with staff and volunteers to ensure effective and efficient communications. • Perform friendly, efficient office reception. greet visitors and answer telephones. • Telephone Message control/delivery, mail preparation/distribution. • Maintain mailing lists: active volunteers, newsletters, donors and others as assigned. • Maintain office supplies usage and inventory. • Assist with preparations for all meetings, trainings, public relations events as assigned. • Work cooperatively with staff and volunteers to provide support toward achievement of goals of the CASA program. • General cleaning & upkeep of the office(s). • Assist with correspondences, including thank you letters and invitations. • Other duties and special projects, as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements: Education: • Experience in a business-related field or administration is preferred. Certifications and Licensure: • Must have a valid driver''s license, car, and valid insurance
Experience and Qualifications: • A minimum of two years’ experience in office management. • Written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to interact positively with the public, volunteers, clients, and program personnel. • Computer skills including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Internet, & Email. • Personal maturity, a strong sense of responsibility, discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to relate well with co-workers and work as a team member. • Ability to maintain a cheerful, positive attitude. • A strong passion for the organization’s mission of advocacy.
