CASA of Travis County has a full-time Diversity Recruitment Specialist position available. The Diversity Recruitment Specialist recruits volunteer advocates with a focus on creating connections with under-represented communities and increases diversity among CASA’s volunteer advocates in accordance with CASA’s values, policies and standards. Opportunity to gain community development experience, work with diverse populations and sharpen recruitment skills. Flexible work environment.

Bachelor''s degree required. Preferred candidates will professional recruitment experience and strong people skills. English/Spanish fluency preferred. EOE.
